Hey! Glad you liked it, and it most certainly is Lindsey. When we started writing for the challenge, I wanted to play with a plot and A wanted to play with Lindsey and well, here we are. =)

One of the things I liked best about writing this was getting to play with a Lindsey who wasn't carrying the weight of his decisions, but who (hopefully) was still recognizable as that character.

And that's a really interesting point you brought up about Sam not wanting to have JD out there as a loose cannon--we both had this Sam in our heads who would have put up with him if Dean wanted him around, but wasn't going to lose any sleep if he was gone.

But there is a sequel rattling around in our heads (heh, there's ALWAYS a sequel with us.) And probably some Chris/Jensen appearing shortly, too.
