Thanks, genie! I really had fun with this; it was for the fairy tale prompt at spnflashfic, and almost all the other stories submitted for that prompt were actual fairy tales, but this came rolling out like an episode (and it was before I knew there was going to be a fairy tale ep, much less before I saw it.) I wish it could have been longer, but RL had other ideas.
