Again, thank you so much! I really wanted Dean to have someplace where he could heal--he was killing me all last season. As for Sam and how he got back and all, I had that, but I couldn't make it fit--it was distracting from the Dean-finds-Sam plot.
I don't think Sam's dreamed of Stull, not yet. His brain isn't quite ready for that. But now that Dean's there, he's got a little more stability.
