wheeeeee, HI KIM, I FINISHED IT! I had to run away after I posted, because it was nerve-wracking in the extreme, but I'm back now and you would not believe how good it feels to have figured out how to finish. I had the preview file on AO3 open for an hour, changing dialog (banter--kill me now!) and tweaking the sex (don't laugh, but when I started, I thought there was just going to be heavy groping, and then there I was on g-chat with Donna saying whoa, I think I just blew way past that) and REchanging the dialog. And re-tweaking the sex.

I love that you love Steve bottoming--in my head that was him both giving up control *and* keeping it at the same time... Like, he was consciously doing it to make sure Danny was good with the sex, but at the same time subconsciously, really wanting to, as you put it, let go and let somebody else drive and trusting Danny to do it.
