3 things make a post

Thing the First: White chocolate candy-corn M&Ms are not half-bad. Can't say the same for the pumpkin spice ones, but that's where the HoB comes in handy. An open bag, two minutes and it's all taken care of.

Thing the Second: BabyBoy and I watched Sleepy Hollow last night and had a blast. We'll be back for more. (I'd do the what-I'm-watching post, except y'all know I can't keep up with more than a few shows, so it's looking like SH and SHIELD and then a bit of Castle and SPN (loving the promo I've seen around!) and Once Upon A Time (if I get caught up.))

Thing the Third: I am thinking about extreme_bigbang -- 100,000 words in 10 months -- but I'm not sure what plot bunnies I have that would make it to the 100K mark. Which is kindof the point--sign up and see if I could do it, but I'm sitting here trying to find the true end to the marvel_bang and work out the polybigbang, too, so my brain is totally in WTF?MORE? mode. hmmm, thinking.

Sleepy Hollow was a lot of fun. I like the two main characters. And with the conspiracy plotline there's a ton of potential.

I really liked the relationship between Abby and Crane. They can say a ridiculous amount just with a quirk of their eyebrows, which is so rare in a pilot episode.

It has a certain lunatic flair that the kid and I deeply appreciated. I mean, if you're going with Ichabod Crane in the 21st Century, you might as well go all out with the details, right?

Yes! And the character dynamic is essentially what makes a show like this, so I'm looking forward to the next eps.

They are at Target -- I think they're an exclusive? Thankfully, they're all gone now and I don't have a reason to go back to the store for a while.
