I started my Vorkosigan readings with A Civil Campaign, cannot for the life of me remember why, and read backwards from there until (I think) after Mirror Dance I decided to start from the beginning. Incidentally, I think the series from Mirror Dance to A Civil Campaign is *tremendous*.
