It was a very Thanksgiving long weekend -- Full turkey/ham dinner on Thurs w/the extended family and then more on Saturday with just us. (The extended family is not at all interested in the food, so we get a lot of supermarket-catered options, which is fine, but then we have fun making everything from scratch, so we do it all again. Because no one eats it if it has anything other than salt and pepper in it, so I'm not taking my brother's cajun cornbread stuffing mix to sit on the counter and dry out.) I'm still finishing up the last of the dishes, etc, putting the kitchen back together. We're eating Chipotle tonight so I have a fighting chance to catch up. :D
