Those of you who have been around here for a while know of my history with the flyboys. Even those of you who are new around here probably know of that Renner-shaped hole I fell into a couple of years ago.
So, yes, when this came across my tumblr dash, all I could think was oh, I am so, so fucked.
It's a happy sort of fucked, but yes, fucked nonetheless. :D
(Also, sigh, I really wanted that to embed, but I am defeated by the combination of firewalls, iOS, instagram's display code. I'll try to grab it at home.)
I still haven't found the treadmill desks, but I did get all of my stuff pulled together and got on a treadmill in the gym facility for a half-hour this morning, go me? What this means is that I am not leaving until later, which throws me into the teeth of evening rush hour, so I thought this autumn-y ship meme snagged from
hamsterwoman would be a pleasant diversion.
Give me a pairing and I'll tell you who:
- Chooses the pumpkin
- Carves the pumpkin
- Gets scared and clings to the other in a haunted house
- Matching costume ideas
- Makes a cozy blanket fort to cuddle in
- Steals the others candy
- Accidentally gets lost in a corn maze
- Tells spooky stories to scare the other
- Collects cool looking leaves
Current and previous fandoms welcome, crossovers are cool, characters from any books or TV shows you've seen me mention are good, and I can probably fake this for most fandoms except TW, bandom, and 99% of the anime fandoms.

Dean gets the pumpkin (I hesitate to use the word 'choose' because I'm thinking he just saw a kid selling pumpkins and got him to bring the biggest one there out to the car.) Sam ends up carving it because either a) Dean sits there and comes up with one pornographic design after another, until Sam snaps and carves something more traditional (which is what Dean wanted in the first place, because he remembers Sam always wanting a pumpkin as a kid, but of course Sam won't admit that *now*); or b) before Dean can get around to carving it, he gets slammed around by the current MOTW and while Sam's waiting for him to wake up from all the drugs, he starts carving the pumpkin just for something to do. Dean critiques it as soon as he recovers consciousness, but he's actually pretty happy to see what Sam made for him.
You know Dean screams dramatically and clings to Sam, just to annoy the crap out of Sam. :D
Moose and Squirrel. No discussion necessary.
It's less a blanket fort and more a makeshift shelter to keep from freezing to death when a hunt goes bad, but Sam builds it based on what Dean used to build for him when they were kids.
Dean helps himself to Sam's candy now, but he claims it's payback from when Sam used to whine at him when they were kids.
Sam gets lost in the maze and gets out by stomping through the 'walls,' following the sound of Dean laughing at him
They don't tell spooky stories—it's too much like work. Instead, they tell stories of things that were just people being dumb or scared, not anything supernatural.
Sam makes one mention—ONE—of how interesting this one leaf's shape is and Dean spends the rest of the autumn stuffing Sam's bag full of random handfuls of leaves.
