Oh, crap, crap, crap, my refrigerator is not getting cool, it is Thankgiving week, and the earliest I can get a repair appt is the day *after* Thanksgiving.

AIEE.

#2Son is currently on top of the fridge with a vacuum cleaner & hose, reaching for the external coil/fan in the back b/c we could not get the blasted thing to move out of its little cubby. We got the front coils vacuumed but struck out on any other way to get to the rear coil.

Moose!Dog thinks this is THE BEST GAME EVER and is jumping up and down with glee, all 70 lbs of him.

I say again, aieee.

Having just gone grocery shopping for the first time after TWO WEEKS without a refrigerator, I feel some of your pain. (Though of course I don't have a family to feed and a holiday to host.) I hope the vacuuming helps.

I feel you on the fridge problems :/ Ours has been craptastic ever since we got it to replace the old one, it pretty much has to be restarted every couple of days to keep anything resembling cool. I hope yours can get yours fixed soon!

I've got everything packed up in coolers & at least the weather broke enough that the garage is semi cool. Hopefully, everything will last until we get a diagnosis on the fridge. The timing sucks, though. :(

I'm cooking out of coolers, which has added a level of complexity that I'm sure is good for the problem-solving parts of my brain, but isn't really helping my stress levels.
