just when you think you might break away...
Wow, so between Renner and his gray t-shirt and his love for the character, and the Barton brothers in Hawkeye 19, I am once again virtually drowning in ALL THE FEELS for a certain purple-loving archer. I sure as hell hope welovefine is bringing Hawkeye t-shirts to DragonCon, because I think that needs to be my attire of choice this year.

You don't have to wait for DragonCon -- I ordered
all ofmyseveralHawkeye shirtson line ...PS: Jeremy Renner should not be allowed to EVER wear anything other than black leather, grey t-shirts and the occasional tux.

As for JR, there's also that dark gray suit, with the dark gray dress shirt, no tie. He's allowed to wear that, too. ::nods::

The Hawkeye selection at the Ottawa ComicCon was pathetic, but they didn't have WeLoveFine.

Okay, so the last time we saw Clint, Barney had arrived needing a place to stay for unspecified but Barney-esque reasons. So, he's around when the Tracksuit Mafia really start coming after Clint and he doesn't hesitate to back up his little brother, which leaves him bleeding out next to Clint on the floor of the apartment lobby.

So, then we had to wait, and wait, and waaaaaait for what happened next, which was finally released this week, and Clint's deaf and Barney's in a wheelchair. Barney is trying desperately trying to get Clint to re-engage (in a completely Barney way that includes calling Clint an ass at the top of his lungs out in the hallway where Simone's kids can hear, which she is less than pleased with.) There's a set of flashbacks to when they were kids and Clint's hearing was damaged (with heavy allusions that it's from being knocked around by their dad, who looks very much like Barney does now, sadly enough.) Clint finally decides that enough is enough and signs this great speech (that Barney interprets) and then the Barton brothers go find "a little trouble" and Clint (with Barney's assistance/prodding) actually asks for help.
