Late to the party (as usual) but I always have a half-dozen or so WiPs hanging around my g-docs. These are the last 3 I opened:

1. HYDRA comes for Jane while the fires from the Triskelion are still shrouding the monuments on the National Mall with oily black smoke. (the next part of in deep with you darling, Clint/Darcy)

2. Between Jarvis’s navigation skills, the bike’s excellent acceleration and handling, and Steve’s lack of concern about running lights that aren’t technically yellow and weaving through traffic no matter if he’s on surface streets, the Beltway, or a bridge, Steve makes it to the hospital only a few minutes after the SHIELD medical flight brings Hawkeye in. (Untitled, the next in line in the ...rolling stone 'verse, focusing on the Steve/Natasha I had lurking around the other parts)

3. It was the two of them whom Danny saw and recognized, and if the first thing he said was for Kono not to lose any more sleep over him, that he hated she was so scared on account of him and to knock it off, the very next thing was telling Steve how much he still didn’t appreciate the Aneurysm Face. (Kono/Danny/Steve -- you don't want to know how long this one has been hanging around...)

I feel like I should qualify all of them with how I'm lucky if I get 100 words/night written these days, so they'll take a while!

Number 2 sounds the most interesting.

That one has been knocking around for a really long time--ever since I finished the first part of the rolling stone 'verse and realized I was halfway shipping Steve and Natasha through it all. My subconscious is very devious sometimes!
