Ok, so apparently, this Saturday (4/25) is Dewey's 24-Hour Readathon, the holiday child!Me would have killed for. Since I am a Grown-Up now, and am forced to deal with Grown-Up Things, I am reminded that I am also allowed to declare my own holidays. So, yes, I'm going for it, posting to tumblr in the fannish space and some combination of twitter/facebook/goodreads in the gee-you-know-my-real-name space. I'm sure I'll post a summation here, too, but I'll spare y'all the hourly updates.
It would be super-fun if any of you wanted to join me, even if it's just for part of the craziness. (I doubt I'll last an actual 24-hours, but I'm planning on audio-booking for when I have to actually do things, so we'll see how many hours I can go with a narrative in my head.) If nothing else, I can at least get through a tiny bit more of my TBR pile, which is reaching all-time highs despite my moratorium on buying things in 2015.

I just started thinking about what I might be in the mood to read, so I'll pull together some kind of a list (or possibly a screencap of my books-i-own-but-haven't-read goodreads shelf, *g*.)
eta: I definitely want to see what you're thinking about, too!
