I have finally run out of episodes of Miss Fisher's Murder Mysteries, which is just tragic. I made myself ration them over the last few months, but there really aren't enough. I know they're doing a 3rd season, and I tried to go back to the books, too, but that didn't work. I will have to be content with fic .gifsets, I suppose. (Recs, anyone?)

As for books, if someone would like to write me more of the Traveling Symphony from Station Eleven, I would not at all be opposed, because I did not get nearly enough of that plotline in the book. The only other fiction I've read in the last month or so is Romancing the Duke, which is a Tessa Dare, and like her others, nicely done, though I have no idea what time period it was set in (I always go into these things thinking Regency, but this felt more Victorian, but was wall-papery enough that it didn't really matter.) It was pretty high on the fluff scale, but that's hard to do as well as this (even before you add in the less-than-nice things that everyone is recovering from), so I'm not complaining.

I am contemplating signing up for

femmeremix, but I only qualify on MCU-fandoms (Avengers, Thor) and Hawaii Five-0. I may be doing a mad dash of 'here-have-a-qualifying-fic' for the rest of this week. There are a couple of fandoms that I just need 1 more story in, so we'll see how that goes. But you all should feel free to sign up, too.

I am not a clothes person, not really, but omg, the clothes Phryne wears are to die for. At least once every episode I'm struck speechless by one out fit or another. I don't even care about the actual mysteries, I just love watching her (and Jack and Dot) pop about and chatter on to each other.

Yay Miss Fisher's! I've been holding off on acquiring season 3 so I have something to look forward to, but it's hard!

Also, I agree that I wanted more Traveling Symphony in Station Eleven (and way less Arthur, but that's not something fanfiction can fix).

I wanted to know so much more about the Conductor--like, how did she decide to leave what was presumably a safe place and go out into the wilds, and how did she put it all together and how does she keep it going? Details, please!

I may start over at the beginning with Phryne, just to indulge in the clothes some more. :D

I totally agree!

Station Eleven is on my Kindle, but I haven't yet touched it. I take your comment to mean that you recommend it? A rec might push it higher up on my priority list, over the massive amount of fanfic I have loaded on my Kindle.

I did enjoy S11--some parts more than others--but it's a different 'enjoy' than fic, which can be such a visceral high sometimes, right?
