i <3 fandom, verse 3 million&something
We finally tore ourselves away from the coast and Beach Week (more about that later, but for now, let me just say we drank 42 bottles of wine, 3 of the reaaaaallly big bottles of Grey Goose, several gallons of rum (ohhh, boy, was it a voodoo juice year), a liter of Hendricks, and some equally ridiculous amount of tequila, so you know I have stoooories to tell), and when I went through the mail, I found this

I went screeching off all over the house with her (yeah, D had that 'is this when we're finally going to have to seek professional help?' face, you know he did) before deciding she should live on top of the curio cabinet that houses my Avengers Lego minifigs (including my custom Darcy, Jane, Erik & Ian-the-intern ones) and my Muppet Star Wars action figures. :D

That is a pretty neat doll!

Voodoo juice is this totally evil concoction of 5 kinds of flavored rum, with a little bit of pineapple juice for sweetness and just enough cranberry juice to turn everything pink. We put it in a slushie machine and freeze it, and some years, when life is a little more trying than others, my two best friends and I end up drinking it like it's a kiddie drink and we're lucky not to drown in the surf. This, uh, was one of those years. :D
