First day back after a long weekend, and I am politely trying to explain (again, sigh) to a project manager that I can't *document* a config tool if they haven't actually *coded* it yet. *Especially* when it's a group that likes to run without any kind of a spec or requirements doc, which means everything's floating around in their heads. My Magic Decoder Ring does not grant me mindreading ability.
