(no subject)

Oh, you guys!!!! I should be doing any number of very, very overdue holiday things, but here I am fiddling around with online fic things, and GUYS, I FOUND THE ART I LOST FOR THE KIRK/PIKE BIG BANG. I mean, I wrote this in 2012 and somehow I uploaded the art to my old fic lj, which got deleted ages ago (and I never even thought to check, b/c I 'knew' I didn't have any image uploads there, bad process engineer, bad) and the artist had deleted *her* lj, too, and yahoo had purged the email associated with the fic lj and I couldn't find copies of the art anywhere, but I finally hunted down another old email address and omg, there it waaaas.

I'm so excited; it's like an early Christmas present I gave to myself!

Anyway, here are thumbnails of the art and the story is Shining On The Quay and you can see the full pieces embedded in the story. (It's some of my favorite BB art and you know I'm having all these Pike issues again since S2 of Disco, so it's just making me clap with glee.)





Oh, and also! I finally managed to be at a computer with a credit card so I have all my icons, too, so yay for a thematically appropriate icon, \o/
